How to get Reliance MF statement, account balance, NAV via SMS?
There is an additional Feature added in the Pull SMS for Investors which is for receiving an Account Statement on Mail by sending a SMS.
This is a very important facility which needs to be pushed at our branches especially for all the walkin clients as they can get the the accounts statement apart from NAV & balance. Centrally we will be promoting this feature to all investors & distributors.
The ESOA feature works as mentioned below:
Investor needs to sends a SMS "ESOA" to 9664001111 from their registered mobile nos & they will receive their A/c Stmt on the registered Email ID.
Advantages of the ESOA SMS Feature
Investor can request for a SOA as and when they want, even while travelling they can send a message & receive the statement on their registered email ID.
